At Fraiser, Doug brings over 15 years of campaign management experience. His work in the industry inspired him to create Fraiser and revolutionize the way campaigns target their supporters. Outside of work, Doug is a proud father who enjoys spending time with his family and golfing in sunny California.

Former Chief of Staff on the Hill with 10+ years of national and state-level political experience. Campaign Manager for three successful congressional races, including a Red-to-Blue win by 862 votes. Outside work Francois enjoys paddle boarding in Orange County with his cat, Beaker.

Led a 70-member team and a $25+ million business unit. Outside work Maddie enjoys open water swimming and all things Georgia sports.

Jordan spent 5 years at Imperial College London researching data privacy and security for his PhD. At Microsoft, he deployed software safeguarding data for enterprise customers, and now oversees web app development and data security at Frasier. Outside work, he enjoys racket sports and cooking American BBQ.

An experienced field and data operative, Bea began her political journey with the 2012 Maine marriage equality campaign and later worked on campaigns like NextGen Pennsylvania in 2020. She oversees and maintains the database, and outside work enjoys cooking and retro video games.

Meghan, a CSU Fullerton Alumna spent most of her academic life boosting student civic engagement, leading to a 32.6% increase in voter turnout. She's also worked on a congressional campaign in 2020. She leads customer success at Fraiser and outside work enjoys camping and reruns of New Girl.

He's dedicated to connecting the knowledge gap between tech and electoral politics. In his free time, he trains for marathons, reads history books, and enjoys cooking.

She excels in direct response and donor communications, and advises on non-profit strategy at Fraiser. Outside work, she enjoys building dinosaur houses with her two kids, husband, and dog.

Michael has over a decade of experience in electoral politics, having directed campaigns from coast to coast and worked with candidates at almost every level. When not working with agencies and non-profit organizations he lives in Austin where he enjoys live music, arguing about the finer points of Texas barbecue, and hiking.

Andreina has 10+ years of experience as a software engineer. She's given several talks on web performance and is passionate about mentoring women in tech. At Fraiser she leads web app development and user experience, and outside work enjoys time with her border collie, Alaska, and keeping fit with pole sports.
